What do I need to send to get started?
Whatever you have. Plot or flat dimensions, a hand sketch, a PDF or DWG plan, photos of the site, or reference images you like. If you have nothing yet, we start with a conversation about how you want to live and what you want to spend.
How do you price a project?
Fees depend on the scope (which services you need), the size of the space, the number of deliverables such as renders or drawings, and how many revision rounds are included. After a free consultation we send a written scope with the fee and timeline. There are no hidden charges; anything extra is agreed before we do it.
How long does it take?
A single room render can take a few days; a full house plan with elevations and renders usually takes a few weeks. The written scope includes a timeline for your project before any work starts.
How many revisions are included?
The number of revision rounds is agreed in the scope, usually two. We review drafts with you early, at the layout and clay-model stage, so big changes happen before the final renders.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. Most of our work can be done remotely. We share drafts online, meet on video calls across time zones and deliver files digitally.
Do you handle building approvals and structural design?
No. We design and draw. Statutory approvals and structural design must be done by licensed local professionals. We coordinate with your architect of record or structural engineer when needed.
Do you build the project as well?
No, we are a design studio. We give you drawings and visuals your contractor can build from, and we can answer their design questions during construction.
Which file formats do you accept and deliver?
We accept DWG, DXF, PDF, RVT (Revit), SKP (SketchUp), images and hand sketches. We deliver PDFs, high-resolution JPG or PNG images, MP4 walkthroughs, and model or CAD files when they are part of the scope.
Do you use AI to make your images?
Only for early concept and mood studies, and we always label those images as AI-assisted. Final renders are built from an accurate 3D model of your design.
